Philadanco Fall Chester Theatre reviews
Did Not Feel Like A VIP Experience
I was super disappointed to travel to Indianapolis to see Philadanco Fall. Unfortunately, this experience did not deliver what it was supposed to.
The email stated that we must arrive by 5PM, and missing the check-in time would result in missing the VIP Experience. We were also asked for our t-shirt size for the VIP Experience.
Before the show, I received an email about the VIP Experience. The package was supposed to include: One general admission ticket, early entry into the venue, a personal photograph with Philadanco Fall, a specially designed tour t-shirt, a limited edition Big Latto bag (exclusive to VIP only!), an exclusive VIP merchandise item, and an official Meet & Greet laminate; autographed.
After waiting in multiple lines for 2 hrs & 16 mins (now 7:16PM), we finally got to take a rushed picture with Philadanco Fall. We had to keep our cameras on during the process.
Following the picture, we were directed to collect our VIP merchandise. Unfortunately, I only received a drawstring bag that said “LATTO,” and the shirt size given to me was 2X as they claimed to have run out of the size I requested. Despite providing my size in the email, I did not get any autograph from Philadanco Fall.
Upon entering the venue, I noticed that VIP and general admission attendees were not separated. The general admission crowd was pushing their way to the stage, which was disappointing. I felt I could have paid $25 for general admission instead of $472 for two tickets for the subpar experience.
The performers were excellent, and Philadanco Fall put on a great show. However, the VIP experience in Indianapolis was a waste of money. It's disheartening to hear about other cities having positive VIP experiences.
